Do I need good credit?
No. We help people with all kinds of credit history—even if banks turned you down. Our owner-financing program focuses on your ability to make monthly payments, not your past credit challenges.
How much do I need upfront?
Most buyers bring $2,000–$5,000 as a down payment. The exact amount depends on the home and your situation. We work with you to find an amount that fits your budget.
Who fixes things in the home?
You do—just like a normal homeowner. It’s your house. We’ll make sure everything is in good working order when you move in, but ongoing maintenance and repairs are your responsibility as the owner.
Can I refinance later?
Yes. You can switch to a regular mortgage any time you qualify with a traditional lender. Many of our buyers use our program as a stepping stone to improve their credit and financial situation.
